At KOPIRICA Coffee Roasters, our mission is to deliver impeccable service, premium quality goods, and, of course, delicious coffee. We want your KOPIRICA experience to be nothing short of excellent, and our return policies are designed with that in mind.
Whole Bean Coffee – Coffee is perishable, and our whole beans are roasted to order. Hence, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. Importantly, no one would accept previously purchased coffee returned by another customer, and neither should you! To safeguard the interests of every customer and prioritize food safety, it’s unethical to resell returned coffee. While some companies may engage in such practices, we steadfastly uphold our commitment against them.
But don’t fret—should there be an error with your order, please contact us at support@kopirica.com within 7 days of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, our expert Customer Support team will help you find your soon-to-be favorites.
We do not accept cancellations due to change of mind after payment has been made. However, if your purchase arrives damaged, we offer a one-to-one exchange.
In the rare event of a human error resulting in the delivery of the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@kopirica.com. Rest assured, we will make every effort to rectify the situation at our own cost.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. After this period, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Other Merchandise – If you’re dissatisfied with your order for any reason, reach out to our Customer Support team within 7 days of purchase for a return or exchange. Simply email us at support@kopirica.com.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items. Additionally, partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition or returned more than 14 days after delivery.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending your purchase back without prior communication with us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@kopirica.com for further assistance.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kopirica.com and send your item to: 40G Jalan Gelen K U19/K, Megamas Business Centre, Sungai Buloh, Seksyen U19, 40160 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 40G Jalan Gelen K U19/K, Megamas Business Centre, Sungai Buloh, Seksyen U19, 40160 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
